Zimanga Reflections

I have just completed a special photographic workshop at Zimanga Photographic Reserve in KwaZulu-Natal with and amazing couple . The highlight of the weekend if I had to choose would be the last morning when after some searching we found the pack of Wild Dogs .

They were chilling early after a long hunt of an impala the night before and while interacting and stretching we made our way down to the Mkuze river which runs through the reserve. After a few minutes the pack headed down to the opposite bank. The next 40 minutes kept us spellbound with bathing , playing and scent marking along the river. The ultimate experience that could not have been choreographed any better.
